CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 252(FIN) An Act relating to criminal                     
records; relating to notice about and registration of sex offenders and        
child kidnappers; and amending Rules 11(c) and 32(c), Alaska Rules             
of Criminal Procedure; and providing for an effective date was read            
the second time.                                                               
                                                                               
Senators Donley, Leman, Halford, Green, Taylor, Pearce, Kelly,                 
Lincoln, Ward, Duncan, Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent                
that they be shown as cross sponsors on the bill. Without objection,           
it was so ordered.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                 
objection, it was so ordered.
